Grade II Farmhouse, Warwickshire
Reordering of a 17th-century timber-framed farmhouse to provide modern family accommodation while retaining the principal historic fabric. The Heritage Statement set out the significance of the building and demonstrated that the proposed alterations would result in less than substantial harm, fully outweighed by the public benefits of bringing a deteriorating building back into long-term use.

Grade II Listed Farmhouse, Proposed Extension
A Heritage Statement prepared in support of a listed building consent application for a rear extension to a Grade II listed farmhouse. The statement assessed the significance of the building and its setting, identified sensitive historic fabric, and demonstrated how the proposals would preserve the character of the listed building in accordance with the NPPF.
